The St. Joseph Endowment Fund was established to secure the future of the St. Joseph School System. Our goal is to build our Endowment Fund so that teachers receive a competitive salary. Our mission is to increase our Endowment Fund to the point where tuition can be subsidized to where our schools are affordable for all who care to receive a quality, Catholic faith-based education.

Currently, ten percent of all money raised and all money received from the Annual Fund, from scholarship fund is placed in our Endowment Fund. It's important to remember the interest from this fund will be the income we need to overcome budget deficits in tuition, salaries, and teacher enrichment and development programs. We currently have one of the finest staffs in the Delta assembled in our schools. With a large percentage of our faculty holding advanced degrees, as we grow and expand, we hope to attract and retain more quality teachers. The growth of the Endowment Fund will help us offer a competitive salary to attract that caliber of teacher.
